Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • Free Shipping on orders over EUR300

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at refunds@maryamgoods.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know! We're happy to process exchanges if stock is available.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)
